Family with children find it enjoyable
The hotel grounds are clean and beautiful, with fantastic pools that were perfect for our kids! We made lots of unforgettable memories playing mini golf and enjoying the family waterpark access. Kids absolutely loved the slides! !
It wasn't exactly cheap but still worth it for the family fun we had.

The hotel's staff stands out, providing exceptional service with consistent friendliness that enhances the experience. Family activities, including pool parties and a well-maintained mini golf course, were enjoyable for both children and adults. the dining service was occasionally slow due to understaffing, and navigating the grounds became tricky at times with heavy suitcases. some pools felt crowded during peak times, impacting relaxation.

The Standard Apartment was really spacious and way nicer than the photos show. It had two big balconies which were great to chill on. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated how well-maintained everything felt. make sure to pack flip-flops. the floors can get pretty dirty. Some parts of the furniture seemed a bit dated, but overall, a solid spot for a comfortable stay.

Check-in was minimal effort, and we struggled to locate our apartment on the first floor with heavy suitcases. The limited staff in the restaurant meant we often had to find someone for service, which was frustrating and detracted from the overall dining experience.

great amenities but dining service needs improvement
The grounds and pool areas were well maintained, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The variety offered at breakfast and themed dinners ensured there was something for everyone. The staff were consistently welcoming, making for an overall pleasant experience. I particularly appreciated the beautiful garden view from my apartment, adding a touch of tranquility to my stay.
The dining service was noticeably slow during peak times, which affected the overall experience.

The grounds are well-maintained, and the gardens are pristine, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
The furniture in the accommodations feels dated, and some areas, particularly near reception, show signs of wear like broken tiles. The beds are rock hard—definitely not for those who enjoy a soft landing after a long day. Wifi was practically non-existent at times, making it an uphill battle to stay connected. The all-inclusive food options at the pool bar left much to be desired, as the same uninspired items appeared on the menu each day. While the evening entertainment was decent, it took place too early still having dinner, which disrupted the flow of the night. Lastly, the lack of dedicated adult spaces amidst the children's chaos was disappointing.
